The team

Our lawyers are highly experienced advisers in all aspects of building, engineering and energy law. We deal with everything from procurement strategies to contract documentation, project advice, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. We understand the nuts and bolts of the construction process and work closely with our clients in the UK and abroad.

Many are trained mediators and accredited adjudicators on a number of nominating bodies’ panels, serve on other key industry panels and are practising arbitrators.

We are also helping to develop industry leading procedures such as project mediation.
