In John Doyle Construction Ltd (in liquidation) v Erith Contractors Ltd, Fraser J in the Technology and Construction Court considered the enforceability of an adjudicator’s decision made in favour of a company in liquidation, the first reported case on this topic after the Supreme Court decision in Bresco v. Lonsdale.

Lane End Developments Construction Ltd v. Kingstone Civil Engineering Ltd concerned a challenge to an adjudicator’s award on the basis that the adjudicator had not been validly appointed as the nomination of the adjudicator had taken place before the Notice of Adjudication was served.
