Fenwick Elliott promotes Edward Foyle to Partner
Fenwick Elliott is delighted to announce the promotion of Senior Associate Edward Foyle to Partner, taking effect from 1st April 2022.
Edward, who has over 11 years’ experience in construction law and international arbitration, joined Fenwick Elliott in 2020. He specialises in the resolution of disputes arising from construction and infrastructure projects around the world in areas such as offshore wind, renewables, the power sector, offshore oil and gas, aviation and port developments. Edward has experience of all major forms of dispute resolution, including TCC Court proceedings, arbitration under the major institutional rules in Europe and Asia, extensive experience of domestic adjudication, DAB proceedings, mediation and proceedings in the DIFC courts. He has particular experience of advising on projects based in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and of arbitrations seated in London and Singapore, having worked in Singapore from 2013 – 2015.
