General Experience

Aşkın has vast experience acting for individuals and companies in complex disputes on both a domestic and international basis. She has gained a broad range of dispute resolution experience dealing with litigation, mediation and arbitration relating to all types of commercial disputes, including contractual claims, professional negligence and financial services litigation, as well as shareholder and director disputes.

Askin is currently involved in giving advice in relation to the resolution of claims and disputes on the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline.

Career

Aşkın graduated from City University, London with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 1999.

Aşkın spent the last 8 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal where she trained and qualified into the Litigation Department, Aşkın joined Fenwick Elliott in July 2009.
