Key experience

Eddie joined Fenwick Elliott in 1999 and having previously worked at Beale & Company, has over 20 years construction and engineering law experience.

He has acted in contentious matters for a wide variety of construction clients including employers (both private and institutional), contractors, subcontractors and consultants.

Eddie's role is very diverse, dealing with everything from mediation, through to the enforcement of Judgments and the recovery of legal costs.

His particular areas of expertise include fast track disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, debt recovery and enforcement. He is also the firm's Legal Costs Consultant.

Other activities

Eddie, a member of the Society of Construction Law and R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, is a regular speaker on subjects such as “Getting Paid” and “Commercial Awareness in Construction”.

Other information

Eddie is a keen sailor and has taken part in the Little Britain Regatta for the past 6 years.
